Valentine’s Day provides the perfect opportunity to wear a romantic lip color. It cannot be easy to keep lipstick on all night. Maybe even a few kisses. Here’s your step-by-step guide for creating and maintaining kissable, lovely lips.
Moisturize & Rejuvenate
You’ll want to add some moisture in order to prevent chapped lips and also eliminate flaking or dryness. Apply lip balm before you begin your makeup routine, and save lipstick for the end.
