Ladies, pay attention! It would be best if you transitioned your makeup from summer into fall. This may seem not easy, but it is actually quite easy. It’s not necessary to overhaul your entire makeup bag. However, you should update a few key items as the seasons change. The decrease in humidity and temperature can have a dramatic effect on the skin. We need to change our products accordingly. Our skin reacts to the cooler fall air by flaking and becoming dry. This is especially true if you are living further away from the equator, like we are in Massachusetts.
It would be best if you also considered the change in color palettes. You probably wear bright colors and floral prints during summer. But as the fall and winter approaches, you will be wearing darker clothes (and more plush…hello sweater weather!) But just because the summer is ending doesn’t mean that you can’t carry on with your summer glow all year round.
Under my base, I like to apply Warm bronze Dream Tint Tinted Moisturizer for a glow. Apply a small amount of moisturizer to my cheeks, nose, forehead, and chin. Then, I blend my Dream Tint with my Blending brush before applying my PurePressed Powder mineral foundation. This gives me an incredibly natural bronze glow.
So, Bronze 3 has also made me fall in love with it all over again. Using the Dome Brush, I apply the matte color on my forehead, the top of my cheekbones, and the bridge of my nose. Use the shimmer crescent in So-Bronze 3 to illuminate the look.
Although I’m a summer girl, I can’t wait to try out the new fall makeup colors: reds, purples, and bronzes. I am so excited to combine these colors with my summer glow! We’re working hard on some amazing fall looks we know you’ll love!
